What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs) for single wall and double wall cups?
Our standard MOQ for custom projects is 10,000 cups.
What certifications do your cups and raw materials hold?
Our suppliers hold following certificates: FSSC 22000, GMP, BRCGS. HACCP, BSCI, FSC, ISO, FDA, LFGB and more
What sizes are available for your paper cups?
We offer a full range of sizes:
single wall – 4oz, 7oz, 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, and 20oz.
double wall – 8oz, 12oz, 16oz.
Do you provide lids, straws, or other accessories?
Yes! We supply matching PS or PLA lids, eco-friendly paper straws, sleeves, and stirrers to complement your cups.
What printing methods do you use?
We offer flexographic and offset printing with high-definition. Offset printing is recommended for detailed graphics.
Can you assist with graphic design or do we need to provide ready-to-print files?
We can support both. If you have your own design, just send us the files. If not, our team can help create a custom design tailored to your brand.
Do you provide free samples before confirming a bulk order?
Yes, we can provide samples free of charge, while you cover the delivery.
What materials are used in your cups?
Our standard cups are made from food-grade paper with PE or PLA lining. We also offer water-based dispersion barrier cups, which are 100% recyclable.
Can I mix different cup sizes in one order?
Yes, you can combine different sizes in a bulk order, provided each size meets its MOQ.
How should I provide my artwork for printing?
We accept vector or pdf files. Templates are available upon request.
Can I order paper cups directly from the website?
